Grace Period: If a customer misses the renewal deadline, a grace period of 10 days is provided to complete the renewal.
Service Termination: Failure to renew within this grace period will result in service termination.
Post-Renewal Requirements: After one year, if the customer does not renew the plan, the services listed in the plan details will no longer be provided, and no support will be available.
