- Non-Responsive Client: If a client becomes non-responsive within 7 days of project purchase, causing a delay or halt in project initiation, no refund will be issued. Client responsiveness is crucial to timely project completion.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Project in Progress: Once our team has begun work on your project and made substantial progress, refunds will not be provided. “Substantial progress” refers to any significant development, design, or other deliverables completed as part of the project scope.
- Client Delays or Non-Responsiveness Beyond Initial 7 Days: If a client becomes unresponsive or delays providing essential information, feedback, or approvals after the initial 7-day period, no refund will be issued. These delays impact our ability to complete the project within the agreed timeline.
- Change of Mind or Scope by Client: If a client decides to alter the project scope, cancel the project for personal reasons, or changes their mind after work has commenced, no refund will be provided. Any changes to project scope or additional requests will be subject to additional charges and timelines as per a revised agreement.
- Third-Party Issues: Refunds will not be issued for any issues resulting from third-party software, plugins, themes, or external integrations requested by the client, as we cannot control or guarantee the functionality or compatibility of third-party components with our work.
- Quality and Style Disputes: Our services are provided according to industry standards and the project scope defined during the planning phase. Refunds will not be issued for disagreements over subjective design or quality preferences once the project scope and deliverables have been approved.
Refund Process

- Decision and Processing: Upon approval, eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
